We want to share an important update about our Employee Recognition Banquet. As you know, we originally planned to celebrate on April 11th. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we’ve decided to take a new approach this year—one that gives us even more of a reason to celebrate together.
Instead of hosting the Banquet in April, we’ve decided to combine it with a 75th Anniversary Celebration this summer. This means:
- We’ll still have our 1950s theme (a nod to Hilltop’s beginnings), so hold on to your poodle skirts and leather jackets!
- The event will take place in our new building on Main Street, giving everyone a chance to experience our new space together.
- We’re making the most of our resources—both time and budget—while still ensuring we celebrate you, our incredible employees, and Hilltop’s milestone in a meaningful way.
We know that some may be disappointed by this change. However, we see this as an opportunity to reimagine the Banquet and make it even more special this year.
