Which Form Should I Use?
Project Request Form
Use this form for larger marketing projects that require planning, design work, or collaboration with the Marketing team. After submitting, we’ll schedule a consultation meeting to discuss the project, goals, and timeline.
Please note most marketing projects take about two weeks from start to finish, so it’s best to reach out early.
Marketing Ticket
Use this form for quick or simple requests that do not require a meeting. This may include a single social media post, minor website edits, reordering print materials, or other quick marketing support needs.
Please note most marketing tickets take less than 72 hours to complete, aside from re-order turnarounds.

Sheri Ray, Marketing Manager
Sheri comes to Hilltop with a robust background and experience in marketing and communication. She has worked for years in the print industry and graphic design world both locally and years in New York City. Sheri thrives in a collaborative and creative environment and is thrilled to be a part of a healthy and supportive organization. In her work projects, if she can strike a balance of creative, clever concepts and functionality; she considers it a success.
Outside of work, Sheri loves being outside, exercise, appreciating the sky, hanging out with her husband and dog, watching tv or movies, following sports teams, music, kneesocks eating cookies, laughing, and rest.
Joe Foelker, Graphic Designer
Joe came to Hilltop after working as the Director of Culture at Single Track trails, doing digital marketing and design, and driving the mission of the company. Joe’s been in and out of the outdoor recreation world for the last eight years. Outside of work, he hangs with his 11 year old daughter and beautiful wife. He also plays music, does a lot of art, mountain biking, and moto. Joe’s excitment is contageous, and he’s always creating awesome designs for whatever project comes his way.
Kai Kelley, Digital Marketing Specialist
Kai came to Grand Junction for the climbing and quickly found a community he loves. Before joining the team, he worked as a freelance digital marketer, helping businesses tell their stories and connect with their audiences. On weekends, you’ll usually find him setting at Grip bouldering, and in his free time, enjoys watching films, making collages, and getting lost in conversations about philosophy. He loves creativity in all its forms and is always looking for new ways to learn, connect, and explore ideas.
Alyssa Mackey, Marketing & Development Admin
Gen Z has entered the chat! Alyssa is the right-hand woman to all the spunky individuals within the marketing realm. Her passions consist of spearheading new projects, assisting with event coordination, and experiencing professional growth. Outside of the office you can catch her out hiking, trying a new recipe, or getting lost in a good book. Her love language is witty sarcasm served with a side of chocolate!
