I have worked with Alex for many years and feel she encompasses all of Hilltop’s Mission Statement, People First. I have many wonderful stories about Alex, here are a few.

Alex planned and organized a camping event for our residents that are veterans with other veterans in the community. She also staffs this camping trip and is proud to share it with all our vets who live on our campus. Our residents look forward to this event each year.
Another example of Alex’s thoughtfulness happened recently. I heard her over our radio system asking for staff dinner orders because sometimes our care staff are busy and forget to a get meal while working. Sometimes the smallest action can make the largest impact. Not many people would think to take staff dinner orders and make sure their co-workers are taken care of as well as our residents. I am proud to work with Alex.
