Amy and I have worked alongside each other since I began at Hilltop. We are both Assistant Directors for SLO and I have been fortunate to get to know her through combined leadership meetings. Everything Amy does is a benefit to everyone. If you look up “Fun” in Webster’s Dictionary you will probably see her picture. She is also one of the most consistent people I know, if Amy says she will take care of it, it will be taken care of with efficiency and excellence.
Amy truly lives the Hilltop Mission, “People First” with her team, residents and everyone she meets. She has helped me push myself as a leader. Through Amy I have learned to laugh on tough days and have a serious conversation on easy ones. She definitely pushes the line all leaders strive for and always handling difficult situations with grace and style. We are all so lucky to have Amy in our lives.
