Andrea Reyes

Andrea is the Environmental Services Supervisor for Property Services. She has only been in her current position for just a little over a year and has excelled since day one here at Hilltop. When I interviewed Andrea the first time for a frontline EVS position, I knew she had what it took to be great leader at Hilltop and that one day I would steal her from LAP to be in my direct line of staff.

Andrea excels in practicing all Hilltop’s values in her daily interactions. I could not have wished for a more supportive, down-to-earth, hardworking and candid individual to take on the challenges she navigates calmly through on a daily basis. Andrea and her team have spent months on end supporting our three residential programs in effort alleviate the pressures of outbreaks while being short staffed. She also took on the managerial duties for the department in my extended absence. And was fundamental in troubleshooting, transitioning and building the new Cottage EVS department. All in her first year as a supervisor!

Andrea, I appreciate everything you are and do. You are amazing and we are lucky to have you.
