We are all hearing about companies cutting, or eliminating services, and the impact that is having on employees. People are worried about losing their jobs, paychecks, and benefits. I want to assure all of you that as a vital health and human services organization, Hilltop will remain operating. We need you more than ever.
We Need You
As we evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of responding to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic. As program demands and services are modified, we may need you to work at a different location, different shift times, or perform new duties to help fill shortages in different programs. What won’t change is our need for your talent, knowledge, and experience. We greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we move forward. Your supervisors will reach out to you with additional information as it becomes available.
We Got You
Hilltop operations are running smoothly. You can continue to count on receiving your paychecks, health insurance, and other benefits as usual. We’ve also implemented new PTO and EIB guidelines to cover staff affected by the COVID-19 protocols, including up to 4 days of Hilltop paid time off for anyone meeting the testing criteria.
