Timi is one of the first people our new employees get to interact with through our Onboarding process. She ensures the Hilltop Mission and Values are the centerpiece to all of the compliance training required in an Assisted Living Residence. Welcoming people and ensuring they feel connected and part of our community, are such important steps that set us up to have the culture we strive for. If you don’t think of FUN when you think about Scheduling and Compliance, then you haven’t seen Timi do her thing.
Timi has a special way of connecting with folks across the program ensuring they are supported with the schedule, trainings, and their general employee experience at Hilltop. Timi does what she says she will do and is always willing to help out in a pinch; whether helping with the schedule in another program, covering time at the front desk, or joining a committee to keep us moving towards our goals.
For the first time I am aware of, 100% of employees at The Fountains are CPR certified, and caught up on important KnowBe4 trainings; a goal Timi has been striving for. She ensures people are aware of growth opportunities whether in their current role or transferring to another department. During my sabbatical this summer, Timi kept us rolling and was a rock for the whole team. We are so lucky to have Timi and her talents. She continues to become a more and more important part of the team and all of our success.
Keep up the great work Timi, you make a difference every day and it’s so good to know you are here and we can count on you! Timi is such a great fit and balance of our values. She has integrity, pushes us to grow, ensures all people feel welcome, and does all this while being brave, maintaining relationship and engaging in fun. Highlighting this balance and overall commitment could be inspiring to other employees. It looks effortless from Timi, and she is an example that it doesn’t have to be hard to live the values, in fact, it can be a whole lot of fun and you might make a few friends along the way.
