It doesn’t matter if she just clocked out for the day if someone says the bathroom by the mailboxes needs attention. Without me saying a word she’s already turned around clocked back in and down there giving it attention.

She takes pride in her work and when she is training any new team member she trains them the same way she was trained no shortcuts, and trains them to also take pride in their work. And strongly promotes building relationships with our residents.

She is always friendly to everyone around her and will help in any way she can. I don’t have to worry if something isn’t getting done when Laura is here because I know without a doubt it’s getting done. She even strongly encourages me to delegate all the time.
