Kevin has an overall mindset of creating a community within the Commons. He considers the residents part of his family, and his interactions bring our mission to life each day. From knowing every resident’s name as he passes them, to sharing kind hellos and inside jokes, Kevin creates meaningful connections. He even makes residents laugh while they receive their medication, helping turn routine moments into positive experiences. Through these interactions, Kevin creates a space where all of our residents feel a sense of belonging in each moment.

Kevin demonstrates Relationship by knowing each resident’s personal preferences. He understands who is comfortable with him entering after knocking, who prefers to invite him in, who needs water with their medication, and who enjoys chatting during medication time. Kevin also demonstrates Integrity by consistently following every medication process and double-checking that medications are given to the right resident at the right time.
