Nic takes it upon himself to provide exceptional support and service to residents and staff. He discerns quickly their individual needs and moves efficiently to provide key information, recommendations, or direction. Beyond this and during times of transition, he has often taken it upon himself to jump into roles that are not his own but need to be filled for the sake of the team.

He often thinks of out of the box activities like: taking residents downhill modified skiing, by using community resources like Colorado Discover Ability, planning a FULL week of Olympic Events for residents to participate in during the Summer and Winter Olympic games, and new a fun Wellness Challenges to help encourage our seven dimensions of wellness for our residents as well as boosts participation.

His skills do not end with his activity work. He also projects a warm, cheerful attitude to our clients. I have seen him resolve conflicts and handle other difficult situations with remarkable patience and admirable tact. I have also seen him support our community in times of need by supporting fundraisers for Staff’s Children.

He loves people, works hard, and always tries to lift the spirits of those around him. I believe these characteristics represent all that is good in our company
