All Hilltop Employees are eligible to reserve two corporate ski passes to Powderhorn Mountain Resort.

Passes are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Please read the rules and procedures below. Once you are familiar with the rules and procedures please sign the waiver release by clicking the button below and return it to Tracey at the corporate office.

  • Ski passes are available for daily reservations for current Hilltop employees
  • Weekend days are limited to TWO (2) days per employee per month. There is no limit for week days.
  • If multiple employees request passes for the same day, the passes will go to the employee with the fewest reserved days
  • Each reservation of 2 passes counts as one use. You may use the second pass to take a peer, friend, family member, colleague, etc. skiing with you
  • Once a date is reserved, further requests for that date will be added to a waitlist. If a cancellation occurs, the next person on the list with the fewest reserved days will be notified
  • If you cannot make your scheduled reservation, you must call Tracey or Kellee at: 970.242.4400 as soon as possible so someone else can be able to use the pass.
  • Cancellations must be made the week prior to the reservation Monday – Wednesday between 8a-5p
  • Employees who are “no shows” for their reservations will lose pass privileges
  • Passes are kept in the Ticket Office at the Powderhorn Lodge. Simply ask for the Hilltop Corporate Pass(es) when you arrive. You will be required to sign a Powderhorn waiver and release for yourself and anyone under the age of 18
  • Passes must be returned to the ticket office by the end of the day. The ticket office is open until 4pm daily

Picking Up & Returning Your Passes

  • Your Hilltop ID is required to claim the passes
  • Passes are available at the ticket office in the Powderhorn Lodge – please use the inside door off of the lunch room. Ask for the Hilltop Corporate Pass(es) when you arrive on your reserved ski day(s)
  • You will be required to sign a Powderhorn waiver and release for yourself and anyone under the age of 18, as well as your guest
  • Passes must be returned to the ticket office by the end of the day. Please note the ticket office is open until 4pm daily
