I'll play a game for a door prize!

Awesome! We’re excited to have you play with us. When you’re checking-in for the evening, just let them know you’re up for taking the stage for a chance to win a door prize.

Do I have to play a game to win?

Nope! Just let the folks at check-in know you’d prefer not to take center stage and you’ll be added to the random quick-draw pile for a chance to win a door prize. 

So, what does RSVP Mean?

In French, RSVP means “repondez s’il vous plait” which translates to “respond, please!” in English. Use the RSVP form above to let us know you’re coming, or email emilies@htop.org to save your seat!

Do I have to RSVP?

Yes! Even if you’re not planning on attending a response is necessary. It helps the planning committee have accurate numbers for food, activities, and more to ensure all Hilltoppers have a fun evening celebrating.

Activities? At a company event?

Well, YEAH! We value FUN! Activities will run throughout the cocktail hour from 5:30pm until showtime at 7:30pm. They’re a great way to mingle with your pals and make new friends while you’re at it!

Are they fun activities?

Sure! We’ll have bracelet making and badge decorating, decks of cards to play games with friends, opportunities to shoutout your coworkers, a photobooth, and so much more! We can’t wait to celebrate all of the incredible work Hilltoppers do each day.

What's this costume contest about?

At Hilltop we like FUN! A big part of banquet fun is dressing up for the theme – this year it’s summer camp. You can show up dressed as a traditional camper from the 80s, or channel the camps you went to (or wanted to go to) as a kid. Band camp, science camp, theater camp, you name it. Get extra creative, think outside the box, and come as a bear, firefly, or s’more! The options are endless with your imagination.

**NEW THIS YEAR** 

The costume contest is shifting from a traditional parade to a “photo parade.” Entries will be photographed and judges will select winners from collected photos. 

Okay, but what are the prizes for best costumes?

First place awards will be given for each category of individual, duo, or group. 

  • Individual Winner – $100
  • Duo/Couple Winner – $100
  • Group Winners – Pizza Party

Guests from the Hilltop Board of Directors will be our judges for the evening.
