Happy Friday to you all! In today’s update I would like to share with you some amazing news out of both of our Family Resource Centers. Our Parents as Teachers program just received a Blue-Ribbon Affiliate award. This recognizes the dedicated teamwork, strategic planning, and passionate service our Hilltop staff has brought to this program and those it serves. Crystal Cox and her staff, as well as the team down in Montrose, worked diligently for over a year to ensure PAT program was meeting the quality standards and essential requirements for our program, accomplishing it during a global pandemic no less! They met all 20 Essential Requirements and met 96/100 Quality Standards- great job to all!
Thank you to everyone that participated in Purple Thursday as well. As you can see from the photos below, purple was in fashion yesterday! The work our Latimer House staff does every day of the year in the fight against domestic violence is commendable and wearing purple in honor of that was a great way to show our support and appreciation.
