The Hilltop Summer Picnic has been a long-standing tradition that was sorely missed last year. This Thursday we get the opportunity to all come together for the first time in well over a year. There are a few special “extras” included this year I want to make sure everyone is aware of.
First is the Hilltop Strong Prize Drawing where everyone will win something, including $1,000 cash, iPad, 4K UHD Smart TV, AirPods, Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park Passes, Country Jam tickets and more. The ability to thank each and every one of you for rising to meet the challenges of the past year is partly in thanks to the Rocky Mountain Health Foundation. We were recently given a $15,000 grant to be used to “replenish our spirits” and take care of one another. I can’t think of a better way to spend that money than to feed into our value of fun.
The COVID Mobile Vaccine van will also be at the picnic between 1:30 and 5:00 pm. This is a great way to get you and your family members a vaccine easily and at no charge. You will even get an extra Golden Ticket entry in the prize drawing as soon as you get that shot!
And lastly, all programs should have their new Hilltop t-shirts in hand. It would be great to see everyone sporting their shirts and Hilltop pride during the picnic.
