As you may have already heard, Governor Jared Polis has issued an Executive Order requiring everyone to wear a face mask inside public spaces and businesses. While Hilltop already requires the wearing of face masks in our facilities, it is now more important than ever we are enforcing these rules for our staff as well as our clients and residents. The use of face masks is a low cost and highly effective way to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infections by as much as 65%. Please be sure you are wearing your masks correctly (they should cover your nose and mouth) while at work and out in the community. If you need a face mask, or have any questions, please reach out to your supervisor immediately.
I know many of you may personally question or disagree with wearing face masks, but this is both a Hilltop policy and a State mandate. It is also a relatively easy way to help keep each other safe and healthy. Together, we got this.
