September Activity Checklist

Get involved in this month’s Wellbeing Program by downloading and printing the Wellbeing Activity Checklist! Complete the activities and check them off as you go. Once finished, submit your completed checklist to rochelleg@htop.org or hand it to your location’s Wellness Champion to enter a randomized prize drawing at the end of the month!

Social Wellbeing

As a Hilltop employee you can get a discount on your membership when you join one of the gyms listed below!

  • Crossroads Fitness (Grand Junction) has an inventive based discount. If you sign up for a membership and frequent the gym 8 or more times, you get $10 off your monthly fee, and $5 off if you go 4 times.
  • Hotworx (Grand Junction and Montrose) offers a $1 enrollment fee, $44/monthly membership and 15% of all retail items.
  • Revolution Cycle (Grand Junction)  offers 10% off monthly rates or class packs.

Environmental Wellbeing

We’re excited to collaborate with the City of Grand Junction for a 6-month Lunch & Learn Sustainability Series! Each month, we explore a different sustainability initiative that the city is championing. Curious about the city’s efforts to foster a more sustainable future? Mental Wellbeing

At Hilltop, your mental wellbeing is a top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring you have the support and resources you need. The Mental Health & Suicide Prevention Committee is developing a Quick-Reference Guide for all Supervisors and Employees. Questionnaire Details

  • This should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
  • Questions will cover basic contact information, what plan you have selected, and a couple questions about what is included in your medical insurance (answers can be found in the benefits guide). If you have additional members on your plan please have the names of their primary care providers ready.
  • This form only needs to be filled out once for the entire year unless you have a qualifying event and need to add members to your plan.

Best song to get your energy up? I’m a Swiftie, and love the power songs from her Reputation album, but I also love a good groovy song that makes me want to dance!

Gym or outdoor activity?: Outdoor activity – paddle boarding

Health hack: Blending veggies into sauces or subbing veggie noodles when making pasta. It helps to get the kids and me eating the right stuff. 

Favorite Health Top workshop or class?: I’ve been enjoying the sustainability series, I’m very excited to check out the refillery in town.
