Ali is superior at her job. She is knowledgeable, resourceful, always taking that extra step to get the job done. If I have questions Ali has answers, even when it takes some research on her part she always gets back to me quickly. Ali’s job can be one of the most challenging for any organization because she deals with people all the time who can be frustrated, sad or angry. She is a consummate professional, always kind and empathetic. She has helped IT immeasurable with revamping all of our job descriptions. I had been working on this but was have trouble finding the time to get it done. It was a large and necessary task. She stepped right in and offered to help and the results were great, I was so grateful to her.

This past year especially with all the restrictions of COVID, Ali has remained always upbeat and a pleasure to be around. I have come to rely on her sense of reason and fairness. Hilltop is lucky to have Ali Weatherby.
