Like many people I first met Valori during my New Employee Orientation when I started at Hilltop. Since then, I have had the opportunity to receive other trainings from her and most recently to work with her on a few projects. She is usually a quiet person, but working with her during the pandemic has really been a lesson on how truly amazing Valori is.

COVID changed so many departments at Hilltop and how we work. Valori has been challenged time and again with new changes in dealing with payroll and people who have been quarantined and she has stepped up every time. She has consistently maintained a positive attitude even when those around her were extremely grumpy and stressed. She has been patient and understanding with the whole team as we learned new systems so that Hilltop could continue to support all its employees throughout this most difficult year. On a regular basis Valori has exemplified our values at Hilltop. It has been my true pleasure to work with you Valori, I appreciate you and all you do.
