Each year we have the pleasure of creating a publication that shares the impact Hilltop Community Resources has on the western slope. From hard numbers and data, to client stories from our programs, we get to highlight the incredible work Hilltoppers do each day.

Ahead of Hilltop’s 75th anniversary in 2025, we dug deep to discover our “why” and examine our methods and impact. The result is an updated mission statement that captures the foundation of Hilltop’s services: We create connections to build a community where everyone belongs.

This year’s annual report highlights some of Hilltop’s contributions in the western slope community. You’ll read about Hilltoppers who are dedicated to building trusting relationships with clients to give them resources to lead healthier lives, and about strategic community collaborations that drastically change the day-to-day of those we serve.

We are grateful to everyone who took the time to tell those stories, and for your trust in us to share them with our community. We are excited to continue exploring and elevating the impactful work that happens here at Hilltop.
