From part time cook to kitchen supervisor. Brandon has shown amazing growth within Hilltop, both professionally and personally. Brandon started 3 & ½ years ago as a part time cook. Since then, he grew into a Cook 11, then the Dining Room Supervisor, and now is the Kitchen Supervisor.
Why he deserves it: he’s stepped up while Dharma was out on sabbatical and made a menu that residents have really enjoyed. He’s put in overtime while down a cook, showing he can lead by example to his team. He’s shown tremendous amounts of growth here in Hilltop. Brandon created a positive culture in the kitchen and the team is taking notice. He’s a positive role model for our team and is always putting his best foot forward with a smile on his face.
