Robin strives to ensure that people’s needs are met. As Facility Manager for Senior Life Options, he goes far above what is expected. While being fairly new to this position, his willingness to work across department and program boundaries is helping shape a consistent service team that is raising the entire program to new levels. He does not settle for “it’s ok” but seeks the best of possible outcomes no matter the task. Having Robin in my team helps me keep on track – he is quick to comply but also quick to ask questions if he sees something that doesn’t make sense. Robin embodies the Hilltop Mission and values. I believe he deserves to be a mission award winner.

It doesn’t matter what he’s doing it who it is any of our residents come to him for anything anything he’s always right there to help. He helps housekeeping with spots on carpets he’s offered to help kitchen with dishes when they are short staffed He’s and excellent trainer. He’s all around there and an asset to Hilltop. He’s always asking what he can do to be better.
