Hilltoppers,

All the challenges and changes occurring due to the COVID-19 situation have kept many of us focused on Hilltop’s immediate needs. In today’s update I want to highlight some of the construction projects that are underway now. These projects will help grow revenue and shape the way we provide services for years to come. Even in the midst of a pandemic we are building for the future.

The Fountains of Hilltop is currently undergoing an extensive renovation to their dining room which will increase their seating capacity to 120. The new design features expansive windows to bring the outdoors in, retractable partition walls, large fireplace, and an art-glass installation. Completion is scheduled for September 1st.

The year-long renovations to the Grand Junction Family Resource Center are nearly complete. The updated interior spaces are bright and welcoming with shaker style moldings, stone accents and family-themed artwork. The exterior stucco work is finishing up now, with new signage and lighting coming soon.

We have just completed construction on the final eight patio homes in the Fountain Hills community. These beautifully designed new homes offer seniors a maintenance-free lifestyle and are a significant part of Hilltop’s Senior Life Options revenue.

Renovation is nearing completion on an expanded apartment on the Bacon Campus. The project begun to provide flexible space to increase the capacity for either the Life Adjustment Program or Residential Youth Services.  Currently, it is set up to provide quarantine space if needed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Together, we’ve got this,

Mike
