With her hands in a little bit of everything, she continues to show up for our residential programs. She’s assisted in the vaccine clinics at The Fountains and Commons, has braved the cold in the testing tent, and has forged a solid process for facilitating corporate wide testing that averaged almost 4,000 tests in the last month alone. Since taking over the COVID Testing Team for Hilltop, I have been blown away by Catherine’s embodiment of everything Hilltop values. She is fearless when building relationships and her ability to practice care and candor during difficult conversations is admirable. I appreciate her ability to maintain a level of integrity that is not negatively impacted by the difficulties of managing three residential facilities who are alternating outbreak testing, quite frequently I might add. I love the way she makes me feel like a valuable part of all aspects of our relationship, and I have seen her be inclusive and equal with her testing team as well. I hope to give people the same feeling of inclusion by modeling some of Catherine’s natural ability. I’m not 100% sure what Catherine’s job description was when she started, but I know that her role has grown exponentially in the short time I’ve known her. With the job growth, Catherine is a cheerleader for teamwork and success, and her ability to solve problems in the pursuit of greatness is something I look forward to continuing to see in Hilltop for many years. I am so thankful for you Catherine, you deserve this.
