Chris Lindley joined Hilltop just over a year ago as an IT Technical Support Specialist. While his “day job” keeps him busy helping staff across the organization with Help Desk tickets, his can-do attitude and willingness to step up have made him a valuable part of the IT team — and a major contributor beyond his regular duties.

What began as a casual, “Hey Chris, can you help me put together a quick cabling floorplan for Hilltop on Main this afternoon?” quickly evolved into a large-scale coordination and communication effort. Chris became the glue that connected multiple moving parts of the project — from cabling and electrical to access control and beyond. He handled a staggering amount of changing details with patience, precision, and professionalism, keeping his part of the project organized and everyone around him informed.

On top of that, Chris volunteered to tackle the complex challenge of designing and sourcing the audio/visual systems for the new meeting rooms. He dove deep into research, found creative and cost-effective solutions, and helped ensure that the end result met Hilltop’s needs without breaking the budget. In meetings with leadership and the construction team, Chris represented IT with confidence and clarity — spotting issues early, raising them tactfully, and helping to keep the project moving forward.

Chris’s blend of technical skill, teamwork, and steady optimism has made a lasting impression on everyone who’s worked with him.
