Elisabeth Z. has been with Hilltop for over 6 years. Elisabeth began her career at the Fountains, as a Care Specialist. Her current role in the Fountains Care Department is Case Aid and QMAP Trainer. Elisabeth is such a vital piece of the Fountains puzzle. Her example of true Servant Leadership is displayed each day to her team. Her energy and attention to detail is displayed in every area that she manages. She has a gift of “making things happen”.
