This Valentine’s Day they beautifully decorated the dining room and created an extra tasty menu to celebrate! A tomato, cucumber, and mozzarella salad with a Dijon mustard and agave dressing for a starter, then a main dish of short ribs with buttermilk au gratin potatoes, sautéed green beans with bacon and a homemade dinner roll.
