Hilltoppers,
In the past couple of weeks, Supervisors and Leadership have worked on writing over 500 personalized thank you notes. If you haven’t received yours yet, rest assured it is on its way. In this ever-virtual world, we wanted to recognize each and every Hilltopper in a personal and tangible way. I’ve always felt there is just something special about receiving a handwritten thank you note.
I have read and reviewed every single word in each of the thank you notes. It was a great reflection on how many different skillsets it takes to run Hilltop. We are truly a puzzle and we would not be complete without each one of the colorful pieces you all bring to the picture with your talents. The other thing that stood out to me as I read through these heartfelt words, is how many Hilltoppers have stepped up in these last few months. I don’t think anyone is operating the same way at work as you were at the beginning of the year. That change is hard and you all have done a wonderful job adapting and even embracing those changes.
You are seen here at Hilltop. You are appreciated. Thank you for all the work you put in to this organization and the people we serve.
