Every day Hector shows what it means to “Put people first”. His patience, compassion, service and knowledge are a true asset to the IT team. I hear frequently from all of our locations just how great Hector is. He is really helpful, he can “teach” without making any one feel less than him, he carries a smile and laugh where ever he goes, he is dependable and reliable, he challenges how we do things and how things should be done, and he stands behind his work.
