Angie started her career with Hilltop in Support Services, filling our Front Desk position. Her desire for growth quickly moved her into a Parents As Teachers Navigator role. When Hilltop made the decision to expand B4 Babies into Montrose, and now Delta, Angie applied and was selected to help lead that growth. In just four short months, she built a full caseload, formed strong connections with her new team and participants, and established meaningful relationships with new community partners.

When we reflect on our Mission Statement of “Creating connection to build a community where everyone belongs,” we see that mission reflected in the way Angie shows up every day. She is deeply committed to ensuring anyone who walks through our doors is treated with kindness, respect, and empathy. Our value of Relationship shines through in the connections she builds with participants, coworkers, and community members alike. She takes the time to truly get to know people and develops healthy, positive relationships grounded in trust, boundaries, care, and candor — even during difficult conversations.

Angie’s commitment to our values of Growth and Courage is what truly makes her a Mission Champion. It took courage to pursue new opportunities, and through her dedication to growth, she embraced that courage and has continued to flourish in her new role.

Beyond her Navigator responsibilities, Angie is always willing to step up and support coworkers, help plan fun club events, and actively engage in community events representing Hilltop.
