Appreciation is SO important to our culture and all we do here at Hilltop. Around this time each year we are typically gathering for the Hilltop Appreciation Luncheon to recognize those around us that brighten our days and help lighten the load. In the time of social distancing, we are moving the recognition piece virtual, but that doesn’t mean it is any less important. Please take a moment out of your day to read through the acknowledgments of 24 great Hilltop employees on the Virtual Luncheon Page.
I’d also encourage you to look around and think about the people you work with on a day to day basis and submit a nomination form for next quarter’s luncheon. Recognition is a bedrock of who we are at Hilltop and a simple thank you goes a long way.
