Crafting More Than Beer: 75 Years of Community and Collaboration
As we celebrate our 75th year of serving this incredible community, we wanted to mark the milestone with something that felt both meaningful and fun—something that reflected who we are and where we’re going. That’s why we’re so thrilled about our recent collaboration with Ramblebine Brewing, one of our favorite downtown Grand Junction neighbors.
This partnership came together with a shared passion for community and creativity. As Hilltop prepares for an exciting move downtown, it felt especially important to begin building connections with local businesses that share our values. Collaboration has always been at the heart of Hilltop’s work, and this project was a beautiful way to celebrate that spirit—with hops and heart.
Together with the talented team at Ramblebine, we dreamed up a juicy, vibrant beer—the HoppTopper Juicy IPA—to raise a glass to the past, present, and future of Hilltop. But it wasn’t just about putting our name on a can. We got to roll up our sleeves and be part of the process—brewing the beer, helping to package it, and getting our first taste alongside the Hilltoppers who came out to celebrate with us at the release party.
The event was full of laughter, clinking glasses, and heartfelt moments. It meant the world to us to be surrounded by folks who’ve helped shape Hilltop into what it is today. To everyone who joined us—thank you for showing up, for cheering us on, and for being part of this amazing journey.
And of course, a huge thank you to Ramblebine Brewing for saying “yes” to this idea, and for pouring their craft and care into this collaboration. Your partnership means so much, and we’re proud to raise a toast with you.
The HoppTopper is now available at Ramblebine by the glass and in 4-packs—and even better, 10% of all sales will come back to support Hilltop’s mission. So whether you’re a fan of IPAs or just a fan of community, we hope you’ll stop by and enjoy a pour (or two) while giving back.
Cheers to 75 years—and to all the good we can brew together in the next 75
