The Fountains of Hilltop Competes at Ala Mode

The Fountains of Hilltop is competing at this year’s Ala Mode, an elegant evening full of of dessert, wine, and savories. Chefs Chris White, Dharma and Desiree will be presenting their pate a choux filled with peach bavarian cream and a lemon pate a choux filled with house smoked salmon mousse, as they compete for the coveted People’s Choice Award.
