Jose Sarabia-Gomez has worked for Hilltop for 10 years as a dish washer at the Commons. He and his brother Julio, who is also a long term Hilltop employee and a dishwasher at the Commons, came with their family to the United States from Honduras. Jose, said he has been working on preparing to take the citizenship class for the last year and was thrilled when he passed the citizenship test the first time. Jose and Julio have always traveled each year with their mother back to see family in Honduras, until the last two years when the immigration laws became much more stringent. Now that his citizenship is official he will now be able to travel anywhere he wishes.

They are hardworking, loyal and make Hilltop and the Commons very proud.
