Mallory has been employed with LAP for 10 years – she just enjoyed her sabbatical! Mallory is an LPN. She began as an evening nurse and administered medication. In recent years she has held the role of Medication Nurse Manager where she, along with her team, have taken the medication error rate from over 5% to less than 1% which is a testament to her ability to focus on detail impacting improved practice. She was integral in the development of consistent practice throughout all of the programs that administer medications and in our continued and positive relationship with our vendor.

Mallory’s calm and consistent approach give her a natural ability to build relationships with staff, residents, and family, leaving them feeling supported & heard. She has an innate ability to create trust.
