Marlyn has been an employee of Hilltop for close to seven years. She started as a Server in the Dining Room and has worked her way through the Kitchen to her current position of Line Cook. Marlyn can be seen on a regular basis walking through the Dining Room after a meal that she has prepared has been served to check in with the individuals in our care. Marlyn has proven to be instrumental in the daily operations of the kitchen and the success of this team as a whole. Marlyn has a high standard for cleanliness in the kitchen which is much appreciated. Marlyn has taken employees stepping into the role as Prep Cook under her wing and taught them skills that will benefit them into their future careers. Marlyn has recently jumped in to assist in the process of delivering meals to the Cottages and Patio Homes to ensure that they are receiving a hot meal every day. Marlyn has demonstrated her commitment to the Mission and Values of Hilltop in her own career, as well as helped those around her live the Mission and Values of Hilltop as well. Marlyn was featured on the cover of Southwest Edibles when they did a special feature on the Fountains showing her spunky and fun attitude.
