Hilltoppers,
The Hilltop Board of Directors wishes to commend and sincerely thank the entire Hilltop team for your excellent – repeat – excellent performance in responding to the many new and unexpected challenges all have experienced as a result of the COVID pandemic. You have truly kept “People First” and Hilltop’s clients and community at large have benefited from your extra efforts. The entire Hilltop team is setting a wonderful example for our community by demonstrating your willingness to adapt, to innovate, and to shoulder additional responsibilities with a cheerfulness and can-do attitude that continues to inspire. Thank you!
The leadership team recently made a request to the Board of Directors for emergency approval of $300,000 from Hilltop’s financial reserves. These funds are outside of the budget and will provide the necessary flexibility to meet the increased staffing and supply needs with the potential decrease in funding and other challenges caused by COVID-19. The Board is pleased to announce not only approving that request, but including an additional $300,000 to make sure the mission of Hilltop remains strong. Doubling the requested amount is affirmation of our confidence in your efforts. Well done, Hilltoppers!
As you know so well, many of our community’s most vulnerable are under your care and support. While your efforts thus far are indeed excellent, we urge you to continue to be vigilant and to stay the course with patience, persistence, cheerfulness, and continued demonstration of “The Hilltop Way”. Thank you again for all that you do to make our community a better place to live, work, and play.
