Valori has always been a dedicated, loyal and hardworking employee of Hilltop. this past year she has really shined! While the pandemic continued, laws and regulations were everchanging surrounding the requirements for paying employees with various COVID scenarios. Valori worked with IT and others to get various pay codes set up in our payroll system and provided support to programs as they navigated it all. She always speaks with kindness and patience as she is approached with questions and requests for support. More recently, with the COVID mandates coming down from the State and Hilltop’s enforcement, her workload has increased significantly with the many terminations that have been coming through. Although she has, understandably, felt overwhelmed at times she has always maintained a positive attitude and gets work done in a timely fashion.

Valori moved from the People Ops department to the Fiscal department about a year ago and has thrived with her new team. She has been a wonderful addition and has embraced change with such grace and positivity.
