“They are just amazing. They dive into everything they do 100% without hesitation and with a giant smile on their face. I have never heard them complain, not even once.
They volunteer anywhere and everywhere they see we can use the help. They head up the fun committee, for a while they were the only member and still made it fun, manageable for staff to attend events, and consistent.
They went out and got QMAP’ed without even being asked to and then promptly got cart trained as well so they could help pass meds when we ae short, and they help out in care whenever they are able to do so.
They have taken a role that was really struggling to get off the ground and really made it something we cannot live without. They have gone so above and beyond what was expected and has made an incredible impact to the employee experience and morale.
Every new hire has the pleasure of spending a half day with Ani to kick off their new employment and not a single one has ever had a negative word to say. All we ever hear is just how great, amazing, helpful, inviting, inclusive, and overall incredible they are and that comes from everyone that has had the pleasure to meet them.“

As the onboarder, Ani touches every single new employee across the largest residential organization within Hilltop. Without missing a beat, Ani has taken on every task thrown at them. Ani also accepts many tasks without even needing to be prompted.
They are a member of many committees across hilltop, and I feel grateful for their commitment to growing the Hilltop culture.
I get a bit defensive for them when I hear the suggestion “let’s add it to onboarding”, because I am in absolute awe of how much Ani is able to take on. But every time, Ani not only takes on additional tasks, but does so in a way that is smooth and beyond most expectations.

“I cannot praise them enough. They have taken a role that I struggled to oversee and understand the purpose, and turned it into something I am proud to show off. They have proven to have been the perfect hire for this role and a perfect Hilltopper as well. Ani is amazing. Period.
They are smart, dedicated, a fast learner, a great teacher, and go well above and beyond what I ever expected this role to be. They accept every task I have ever given them (and have to ask if it will add too much to their plate). They have taken our onboarding experience and gave it a 180 flip into a program that SLO can be proud of (and gets 100% of all new hires thru it). They are adaptable to the ever-changing requests from not only myself, but the rest of SLO leadership. They are helping change our culture and are one of the best examples of how the “5ft Rule” is important. And to keep this short and sweet (without getting too emotional), they do this all with kindness and a smile. They recently asked for feedback and from over a dozen peers and supervisors, and every person struggled to find any areas that they needed to grow more in. This shows that Ani has done so well positively impacting the entire SLO team that they could say nothing but positives. I’m so proud of them and all they have accomplished in such a short time.
Ani has gone above and beyond in their role by doing the following:
- Started (and kept going) a Fun committee, even when it was just a committee of 1
- Joined and became a valuable person to the inclusivity+ committee
- Joined and became a valuable asset to the Appreciation Banquet Committee
- Got QMAP’d and has picked up extra shifts in care, along with covering QMAP shifts as DOD
- Has gone to several HilltopU supervisor courses already and scheduled the remainder of the classes
- Created beautiful graphs, data, and summaries for onboarding (that we never had before)
- Started tracking our Net Promotor Score
- They have made surveys fun and interactive so everyone’s voice is heard
- They take time to make amazing powerpoint presentations and trainings for other supervisors to utilize”
“Since coming to the Hilltop team Ani has been a great asset in helping get all of our new staff through the onboarding process and ready to work in their proper departments. Ani sends great reminders to supervisors and facilitates supervisor setting up a time for their new team member to start.
Ani has truly taken the vision for their role and made it into a reality. Ani is welcoming to all employees, whether they are new or not. Ani provides great information about employee engagement that has helps supervisor learn way that we can improve employee experience.
You will never have a negative interaction with Ani. By heading up the Commons Fun Committee Ani has created fun events for employees to participate in so they can build relationships.”
