The Montrose Leadership Academy, including Montrose Region’s Program Coordinator for Child and Family Services Penelope Powell, recently visited the Capital to learn more about the Colorado Legislative Process. The group met Governor Jared Polis, Senator Don Coram and Representative Marc Catlin.
