Rio has been an employee for 5.5 years. Since day one she has embodied Hilltop’s values. Rio has held multiple positions in her time here, she most recently has become our Evening Care Staff Supervisor. Since taking this role she has truly shined. Rio never hesitates to help anyone in need, train others, meet with residents and families, or just brighten someone’s day . Her compassion and ability to connect with others is amazing. Rio is authentic and feels with her whole heart. She maintains morale by singing and dancing through the halls, always participating in spirit days, and recognizing staff in the moment. Her team loves how approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible she is. Rio is a gift to this team and we are so lucky to have her.
