Sera Pascual | January 2020

Sera Pascual began her career with Hilltop as an intern for the Life Enrichment Department. She continued on to become a supervisor for Life Enrichment at the Fountains. Sera expressed her desire to change direction to the Care Department. Sera was selected as the Second Floor Manager at the Fountains. Sera has grown in her role by leaps and bounds. Sera has had the courage to be a transparent leader with her team. She values each and every member, challenging them to take chances and believe in themselves. Her staff respect and value her honesty as she leads them with care and candor. The residents/families that she manages have great confidence in her as she advocates for their care and well being. Sera’s energy is contagious. She fills a room with laughter and joy with both the residents and staff. We are so fortunate to have Sera a member of our Care Leadership. She makes a difference in every way.
