Erin began with Hilltop in 2015. She has worked at the Brown Center, Day Haven, Domestic Violence Services, and is currently lead for the Community Response Program for Child and Family Services in Montrose.
Erin has:
- Gotten the program back on track with program fidelity and data tracking.
- Supports her fellow co-workers
- Connects with families and ensures that the families are put first
- Has developed relationships in the West End of Montrose (2 hours away)
- Positive, determined attitude
Erin is also on-call for DV services, conducts car seat safety checks, and she and her husband participated in Dancing with the Stars to raise money for our Montrose services.
