I have always felt the creativity of our staff is what sets Hilltop apart as an organization. Being able to think outside the box and problem solve in new and different ways helps us serve our clients and one another in the best possible way. This week is a perfect example of creativity thriving throughout the organization. Incorporating exotic animals into therapies, encouraging youth to express themselves artistically, and gathering together in unique (and safe) ways are all great examples of how creativity is embedded in our organization. Keep up the great work everyone, and thank you for sharing these little inventive moments of your day.
