Hilltoppers,
Many of you may be facing new childcare challenges due to the COVID-19 emergency and Hilltop wants to help. Currently, Hilltop offers a dependent care benefit that matches employee’s costs for dependent care 50%, up to $2,500 per family in the benefit year. In an effort to help our employees offset the unanticipated cost of additional childcare, Hilltop is offering the following options:
Employees currently enrolled in the Hilltop PayFlex Dependent Care plan can increase their contribution, which increases their Hilltop match. To get to their maximum benefit (if they have not already maximized their dependent care plan in this benefit year which ends June 30, 2020. Use UltiPro to increase your current election for your payroll deduction, or contact Susan Volkmann in HR at susanv@htop.org
Employees NOT enrolled in the PayFlex Dependent Care plan can submit childcare invoices to Hilltop for bills paid from March 1 through June 30, 2020 and Hilltop will pay 50% of those costs up to $835 total. Payment will be made directly to your licensed childcare provider. Contact Myah Lugo at myahl@htop.org for more information.
