On December 19th Hilltop’s Resource Center hosted a Christmas celebration for their program’s clients. For many families, this was their only opportunity to celebrate Christmas together. The kids had a great time meeting Santa, decorating cookies and enjoying a delicious meal. It was wonderful to see the smiles and laughter of clients who have weathered a rough year as many battled situations that are heartbreaking. Staff have been receiving calls of thanks for the Christmas memories, including a woman who’s expressed her gratitude for helping her provide her children with a Christmas for her children. What an amazing way to end the year as Hilltop continues to change lives.
