Jo helps me almost every day. Because the billing/accounting department is not physically at the Fountains Jo is my “go-to person”. She responds to many of the billing questions that residents and families have herself so they don’t have to wait for a call back which could take much longer.
Jo goes above and beyond every day. If I need to speak with a resident regarding a financial matter Jo is my first call. She can give me great insights as to whether or not I should speak with a resident directly or take up my questions with the family instead. If I have questions about almost anything at all regarding the Fountains I start with Jo. If she does not know the answer she will guide me to a person who can help. Because of Jo I can do my job better, and my relationship with residents, their families, as well as my co-workers at the Fountains is greater.
