The recent employee survey showed Hilltoppers want more ways to build relationships with a variety of people across the organization. Until recently, this has been a challenge because we are so spread out and work different schedules. Luckily, new technology has given us solutions.

One solution we introduced earlier this year is Givitas.  Givitas is a private virtual community that makes it easy to connect by sharing help, support, ideas, information, and recognition with other Hilltoppers. There is even a new announcement feature that can be used to share kudos, shoutouts, and small wins with your fellow Hilltoppers.

Consider joining 134 other Hilltoppers who have already helped each other with things like:

  1. Finding new dentists, sign language courses and personal items;
  2. Naming our new learning program and suggesting wellness prize ideas;
  3. Announcing events, small wins, and recognition.
