I mentioned in a previous update that we would be launching a Hilltopper Suggestion Box webpage on a trial basis. Well it is here now and ready to go! You can find it on the portal on the left hand menu column or CLICK HERE to check it out.
One of the takeaways from the most recent Employee Voice Survey was that we could be doing a better job ensuring Hilltoppers feel leadership takes your feedback seriously. Everyone, at all levels of the organization, is encouraged to share your bright ideas, insights and solutions ANYTIME—not just when we conduct surveys. We are confident there’s a lot of creativity, innovation, and constructive feedback out there, and we want to hear it! Every single submission will be reviewed by Rebecca Weitzel, our Director of Employee Success, as we test run this idea for six months to see if it’s a useful tool.
I encourage you to go on and try it out. Every thought and idea, big or small, is welcomed.
