Hilltoppers,
‘Hilltop Strong’ is a phrase we started championing all the way back in early April. We wanted a way to rally together as things felt as though they were coming apart. We have come a very long way in 4+ months, and I feel proud of the ‘Hilltop Strong’ mentality that perseveres.
You all have shown strength in your ability to adapt when changes were coming fast. I’ve seen strength in individuals keeping spirits up and continuing to live our values. And strength in your commitment to keep our residents and clients safe and healthy.
Everyone should be receiving a new RED and GREY ‘Hilltop Strong’ shirt sometime today. Ask your supervisor where you can pick yours up. Please continue to wear these, and the black and green shirts, on Tuesdays and Saturdays to show our unity and pride.
