Myah Lugo has been an Accounts Payable Clerk for six and a half years and has been rock solid ever since the day we hired her. She continually amazes with her efficiency, doing work that used to take days in mere hours, that some would say she does the work of a person and a half! She is so detail oriented that mistakes rarely make it past her desk and she is always so gentle and willing to coach us all on how to fix inaccuracies. Myah is a quiet rockstar, and has settled into, and even enjoys, her workflow from home with our new remote precautions. When COVID hit, she didn’t miss a beat and has been instrumental in helping develop and manage the new paperless system. Myah is always asking for more when her efficiencies lead to a completed to do list, most recently taking on more responsibilities with bookkeeping for Red Compass.

Myah exudes all of the Hilltop Values, but most notably relationships and integrity. She is always kind and goes above and beyond for those that need her assistance. She always wants to do the right thing in her decisions and actions. Myah is a pleasure to work with and a great team member.
